With international radio hits such as, “Took the Night” by Chelly, “You and I,” and “Feel Free,” the Atlantic Recording Artist, Ricky Blaze, is the hottest artist to hit the Crossover market. This young talent is stamping his name in the music world. At the tender age of 17, Ricky Blaze was just testing the waters when he produced and wrote the Dancehall record, “Badman Forward,” which was the number one Dancehall and Crossover record on the charts in 2006.

The aspiring music mogul continues to produce mega hits that every genre can relate to. Ricky Blaze is not only a talented producer, but an accomplished writer as well. Naturally being an artist who is not afraid to expand his horizons, Ricky sets an example for young music professionals who aspire to succeed in the entertainment industry. The Dancehall sensation has now applied his music talents to fashion as he is an official representative of the Akoo fashion line. As a young man in his early twenties, the Brooklyn producer songwriter, and singer Ricky Blaze is among the best with a take on teen dance culture. Not only does he do his thing with reggae hits, Ricky’s also got a grip on the pop music scene. Ricky Blaze’s fusion of Reggae, Dance, and Pop have him reaching beloved status as a producer and an artist as he told the Jamaica Observer “it’s challenging for me to try to get people to understand where I want to go with my music. A lot of people just want the same old radio stuff and are afraid to take risks.”
