A Day of Pampering and drinking what more can you ask for. I felt like I was in heaven . When I arrived at the Manhattan House. All I had my eye on was the masseuse from Exhale. I sat in his chair and could barely keep my eyes open. Once my massage was over I came out the chair a new women. I also participated in a yoga session. The instructor was fab . She had me in tip-top shape after 10 mins of stretching. The horderves were mighty tasty avocado, red peppers, and humus inside a wheat wrap. Bubble Chocolate just the right amount of joy. Distinctly flavored and deliciously different. A spin of BPC which stands for Blue Print Cleanse with a mix of TYKU Sake and Voli Vodka. What a healthy way to mix your drink.
