New York, NY—June 26, 2013—Get ready as for HOT 97’s DJ Magic’s brings to Brooklyn his 3rd Annual Car and Bike Show.

On August 4th, 2013, with the success of last years show at MCU Field, this years show will once again not only feature exclusive and custom designed cars but some of the hottest motorcycles as well. Sponsored by NAME OF SPONSORS GO HERE. Developed by DJ Magic and open to the public, this auto spectacular will feature exclusive kits, custom grills, hottest rides and performances with some of today’s rising artists.

Apart of Funk MasterFlex’s Big Dawg Pitbulls, Magic continues to establish himself as an entity within a group of others. From the 70’s to the new millennium, Hot 97 has been the dominating force in NYC’s urban music scene and has continued to crush the completion with ease and consistent content. With the addition of DJ Magic aka Da Gift, the station will continue to flourish with the talents of this HOT spin master.

About DJ Magic:

Widely considered one of the most energetic DJs in the industry, DJ Magic continues to bring his passion for music to provide a one of a kind experience to party guests. Growing up, DJ Magic, AKA Da Gift, shared a genuine appreciation for music with his Dad. In 1998, he received his own set of turntables from his father who was also a DJ. Since then, Magic has spent hours in his basement humbly perfecting his skills doing different blends, practicing, cutting and scratching. In a short amount of time, the young DJ upgraded from his basement to premiere nightclubs, private parties and corporate events throughout New York, Los Angeles, Miami and abroad.

At his prime, Magic started off deejaying for the likes of Amerie, Brooke Valentine, Young Jeezy, Obie Trice, Jaheim, Sheek Mario, Busta Rhymes, Jeremiah, Maino, to name a few. And at venues such as, Strata, Mars 2112, Corner 51, Cherry Lounge, Mansion, Sobe Live, Colors, Element, Imperil, Rose Castle, Duvet, Aspen, Touch, and many more.

Magic continues to step up his game and DJs full-time. He is the official US DJ for Christian Audigier’s Soho flagship store in New York City every Saturdays and Sundays as well as other locations. In 2007, he won the SEA (Southern Entertainment Award) in the category of Best Reggae/Reggaeton Mixtape. On January 7, 2009, Magic was announced the newest member of Big Dawg Pitbulls, a respected crew of DJs created by Hot 97’s own Funkmaster Flex. Magic has join the likes of Mister Cee, DJ Khaled, Massive B, Cipha Sounds, Bobby Trends, Big Kap, Jazzy Joyce, to name a few. He also took it a step by putting out his own DJ Magic truck to promote himself. The work never stops for DJ Magic. DJ Magic continues to establish a well-known reputation playing a variety of music genres for a mainstream crowd. “I have come a long way doing what I love, giving people what they want while keeping the nightlife scene hot and poppin.” Not every DJ can move a crowd.
